With over 15 years in business, I offer individualized lessons on pedal and lever harp and piano for children through adults. I start where you are, listen to where you want to go, and design a custom lesson plan around your goals—whether that’s learning the basics, returning to music, or refining your skills. I also provide elegant harp and piano music for special events, including weddings, showers, teas, religious services, holiday and retirement parties, and performances at retirement communities. Additional musicians—violin, flute, and cello—can be arranged for a richer ensemble sound. New students receive a complimentary first lesson to get acquainted, try the instruments, and see if my teaching style is a good fit. Church services
Cheryl can add a special touch to any religious service with harp music, either as background or featured musician. Additionally, she can provide additional instruments such as flute, guitar and violin on request.

Whatever the occasion, the shimmering bell-like sound of the harp adds a special touch. Cheryl has a wide repertoire and can provide most any genre or song you request.
Corporate events
For corporate gatherings and parties, the harp is an unobtrusive yet warm and welcome sound either as background music or featured performer. Cheryl offers a wide variety of songs and genres for any occasion.
Events
Recent events include a mother's day tea at a retirement community with flute and violin, a private anniversary party, a proposal at Sunset Park, and the Highland Games at Skagit Valley Fairgrounds. Six harp players provided music for Thanksgiving at a residential living facility. Harp music adds a special touch to any gathering including receptions, holiday parties, weddings and memorials. Recitals
Participation in recitals not only highlights a students growth and musical skill, it is a wonderful experience to help with confidence, encourage excellence through practice and preparation, and allows students to benefit from hearing more advanced musicians to inspire young players. It is an important part of taking music lessons, and prepares students for playing with ensembles, bands and vocalists later.
